Written Cancellation Policy

SUMMER: Lodging canceled any time after deposit or final payment is made and up to 48 hours prior to arrival day check-in time of 4 pm MT may be cancelled without penalty, with the exception of the transaction processing fee and travel insurance which are paid in full at time of booking and are nonrefundable. Lodging reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival day check-in of 4 pm MT are nonrefundable. There are no refunds for late arrival or early departure. WINTER: Lodging canceled 22 days or more prior to arrival may be cancelled without penalty. Transaction processing fee and travel insurance are paid in full at time of booking and are nonrefundable. Canceling 21 days or less prior to arrival all money paid is non-refundable. Change of physical lodging property will be handled as a cancellation once deposit is paid. After final payment is made, this reservation is non-refundable. There are no refunds for late arrival or early departure.

Tax amounts are estimates and subject to change based on local taxing authorities. Credit cards given as deposit will be charged for final payment. For reservations booked 14 days or less prior to arrival, full payment is required at time of booking. Transaction processing fees and insurance premiums are payable in full at time of booking and are non-refundable once paid in full. Check In

Check-in is between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Arrangements can be made to accommodate early or late check-in requests.

Check Out

Check-out is 11:00 a.m.

Children

We generally accept children 12 years of age and older and work very hard to accommodate younger families into our hosting when a cabin or room space is both suitable and available.

Other Policy

Wild Horse Inn 970-726-0456 Guest must call to make arrangements for a possible early check in. Standard arrangements exist for late arrivals (check ins after 6:00 p.m. in the evening)

Pets Policy

Two cabins are designated "pet friendly". A Doggie Companion Package Of $35 for the first dog and $50 for two dogs is required for each night's stay. You must contact the property directly to make sure these cabins are available. Payment for the pets will be due at check in.
