Written Cancellation Policy

SUMMER: Lodging canceled any time after deposit or final payment is made and up to 48 hours prior to arrival day check-in time of 4 pm MT may be cancelled without penalty, with the exception of the transaction processing fee and travel insurance which are paid in full at time of booking and are nonrefundable. Lodging reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival day check-in of 4 pm MT are nonrefundable. There are no refunds for late arrival or early departure. WINTER: Lodging canceled 22 days or more prior to arrival may be cancelled without penalty. Transaction processing fee and travel insurance are paid in full at time of booking and are nonrefundable. Canceling 21 days or less prior to arrival all money paid is non-refundable. Change of physical lodging property will be handled as a cancellation once deposit is paid. After final payment is made, this reservation is non-refundable. There are no refunds for late arrival or early departure.

Tax amounts are estimates and subject to change based on local taxing authorities. Credit cards given as deposit will be charged for final payment. For reservations booked 14 days or less prior to arrival, full payment is required at time of booking. Transaction processing fees and insurance premiums are payable in full at time of booking and are non-refundable once paid in full. Thank you for booking with Winter Park Lodging Company through our third party Central Reservations Team. We are happy to host you and will be your direct contact for any questions about your upcoming reservation. To provide you with the best service possible, we will give you a call within 24 hours after you book to confirm your contact information. We will also ask for a credit card to have on file in case of any incidentals during your stay. We will not be able to provide check-in information without a credit card. Smoking: All Winter Park Lodging Company properties are NON-SMOKING. Minimum $400 Fine for any smoking in or around the property.
