Written Cancellation Policy

WINTER: Lodging canceled 22 days or more prior to arrival may be cancelled without penalty. Transaction processing fee and travel insurance are paid in full at time of booking and are nonrefundable. Canceling 21 days or less prior to arrival all money paid is non-refundable. Change of physical lodging property will be handled as a cancellation once deposit is paid. After final payment is made, this reservation is non-refundable. There are no refunds for late arrival or early departure. SUMMER: Lodging canceled any time after deposit or final payment is made and up to 48 hours prior to arrival day check-in time of 4 pm MT may be cancelled without penalty, with the exception of the transaction processing fee and travel insurance which are paid in full at time of booking and are nonrefundable. Lodging reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival day check-in of 4 pm MT are nonrefundable. There are no refunds for late arrival or early departure.

Tax amounts are estimates and subject to change based on local taxing authorities. Credit cards given as deposit will be charged for final payment. For arrivals 21 days or less, full payment is required at time of booking. Transaction processing fees and insurance premiums are payable in full at time of booking and are non-refundable once paid in full. Check-In for Vintage on-site, in person. Remote Check-In for Zephyr Mountain Lodge, Fraser Crossing/Founders Pointe, Parry Peak Lofts, Iron Horse Resort: Download the WPR Lodging app on the Apple Store or Google Play for Android and complete Express Check-In on the day of your arrival. Other Policy

All Properties, all room types are completely non-smoking and non-vaping, including nicotine and marijuana. A 5.4% resort fee will be applied to reservations at the time of booking for the Zephyr Mountain Lodge, Fraser Crossing/Founders Pointe, Parry Peak Loft, and the Vintage Hotel. A refund or alternative unit of similar value will be provided should the unit you book become unavailable. PARKING: ZEPHYR MOUNTAIN LODGE: *Summer Free (one car per condo) *Winter $23/night (one car per condo) **Parking can be reserved in advance. Reservations can be made in advance at www.winterparkresort.com/zparking for unlimited in/out access per 24 consecutive hours. There is no assigned parking. FRASER CROSSING/FOUNDERS POINTE: *Summer Free (one car per condo) *Winter $21/night (one car per condo) Reservations will be made on park.myfcfp.com. A code and booking directions will be sent via text on day of arrival. If you would like to pay in advance, rather than day of arrival, please text (844) 828-0060. Parking is located at 580 Winter Park Drive, Winter Park, CO 80482. There is no assigned parking. Pets Policy

NO PETS ALLOWED at Zephyr Mountain Lodge, Fraser Crossing/Founders Pointe, Parry Peak Lofts or Iron Horse. Dogs are welcome at The Vintage Hotel! Be sure to register them and pay the necessary fee at the front desk upon arrival; all other pets are not permitted. A one-time $35 pet fee for the first pet and an additional $15 for each extra pet.
