Written Cancellation Policy

WINTER: Lodging canceled 22 days or more prior to arrival may be cancelled without penalty. Transaction processing fee and travel insurance are paid in full at time of booking and are nonrefundable. Canceling 21 days or less prior to arrival all money paid is non-refundable. Change of physical lodging property will be handled as a cancellation once deposit is paid. After final payment is made, this reservation is non-refundable. There are no refunds for late arrival or early departure. SUMMER: Lodging canceled any time after deposit or final payment is made and up to 48 hours prior to arrival day check-in time of 4 pm MT may be cancelled without penalty, with the exception of the transaction processing fee and travel insurance which are paid in full at time of booking and are nonrefundable. Lodging reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival day check-in of 4 pm MT are nonrefundable. There are no refunds for late arrival or early departure.

Written Deposit Policy

WINTER: Reservations booked 22 days or more in advance, a deposit of 20% of lodging total is due at time of booking. Full payment for reservation is due 21 days prior to arrival. Tax amounts are estimates and subject to change based on local taxing authorities. Credit cards given as deposit will be charged for final payment. For arrivals 21 days or less, full payment is required at time of booking. Transaction processing fees and insurance premiums are payable in full at time of booking and are non-refundable once paid in full. SUMMER: Reservations booked 15 days or more in advance, a deposit of 20% of lodging total is due at time of booking. Full payment for reservation is due 14 days prior to arrival. Tax amounts are estimates and subject to change based on local taxing authorities. Credit cards given as deposit will be charged for final payment. For reservations booked 14 days or less prior to arrival, full payment is required at time of booking. Transaction processing fees and insurance premiums are payable in full at time of booking and are non-refundable once paid in full.

Check In

Check-in time is 4:00pm at the Beaver Village Lodge front desk, 79303 US Hwy 40 in Winter Park, for ALL reservations. The front desk is open 9am-5pm with weekend hours that may vary. If you are arriving after hours please call prior to arrival for instructions (970) 726-5741.

Check Out

Check-out time is 10:00am. Please return all keys to the front desk at the Beaver Village Lodge.

Other Policy

ACCOMMODATIONS Occasionally reservations must be relocated. We reserve the right to change units with like accommodations up to and including the day of arrival. Every effort will be made to honor your requests.
