Winter Park Mountain Lodge provides exactly what you're looking for in an affordable mountain getaway. The accommodations range from comfortable hotel rooms to mountain suites with a fireplace. All rooms have free wireless internet access. Relax after a day on the slopes in the indoor pool, or dry sauna. Enjoy the dining experience in the Moffat Station Restaurant & Bar with slopeside view. (An updated experience coming soon! Moffat Station will reopen Nov. 15, 2019.) Winter Park Mountain Lodge offers a full service ski and snowboard shop, Ski 4 Less and Grand Adventures Snowmobile Tours onsite. The lodge is on the free town shuttle route that runs seasonally and makes getting to town and the mountain easy! Conference facilities are available featuring 8,000 square feet of meeting space perfect for anything from a meeting to a wedding. Rooms with accessible features are available on request. The possibilities are endless at this comfortable mountain lodge. Friends, couples, families will all enjoy what our hotel has to offer!

Written Cancellation Policy
WINTER: Lodging canceled 22 days or more prior to arrival may be cancelled without penalty. Transaction processing fee and travel insurance are paid in full at time of booking and are nonrefundable. Canceling 21 days or less prior to arrival all money paid is non-refundable. Change of physical lodging property will be handled as a cancellation once deposit is paid. After final payment is made, this reservation is non-refundable. There are no refunds for late arrival or early departure. SUMMER: Lodging canceled any time after deposit or final payment is made and up to 48 hours prior to arrival day check-in time of 4 pm MT may be cancelled without penalty, with the exception of the transaction processing fee and travel insurance which are paid in full at time of booking and are nonrefundable. Lodging reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival day check-in of 4 pm MT are nonrefundable. There are no refunds for late arrival or early departure.

WINTER: Reservations booked 22 days or more in advance, a deposit of 20% of lodging total is due at time of booking. Full payment for reservation is due 21 days prior to arrival. Tax amounts are estimates and subject to change based on local taxing authorities. Credit cards given as deposit will be charged for final payment. For arrivals 21 days or less, full payment is required at time of booking. Transaction processing fees and insurance premiums are payable in full at time of booking and are non-refundable once paid in full. SUMMER: Reservations booked 15 days or more in advance, a deposit of 20% of lodging total is due at time of booking. Full payment for reservation is due 14 days prior to arrival. Tax amounts are estimates and subject to change based on local taxing authorities. Credit cards given as deposit will be charged for final payment. For reservations booked 14 days or less prior to arrival, full payment is required at time of booking. Transaction processing fees and insurance premiums are payable in full at time of booking and are non-refundable once paid in full.
Check In
Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-in at the Winter Park Mountain Lodge front desk, on US Hwy 40 directly across from Winter Park Resort. If you would like to request an early check-in we recommend calling ahead on the day of arrival. Early-check-in requests are not guaranteed. Pets accepted in designated pet friendly rooms. There is a $35 fee for the first pet and $15 for each additional pet.. Please call 855-891-9900 to book a pet friendly room as there is limited availability.
