Written Cancellation Policy

WINTER: Reservations cancelled 22 days or more prior to arrival may be cancelled without penalty. Reservations cancelled 21 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable. Reservations made within 21 days of arrival may be cancelled within 24 hours of creating the reservation without penalty. Reservations canceled within 21 days of arrival and outside of 24 hours from the time the reservation was created are non-refundable. There are no refunds for late arrival or early departure. Travel insurance premiums are non-refundable once paid in full. SUMMER: Lodging canceled any time after deposit or final payment is made and up to 48 hours prior to arrival day check-in time of 4 pm MT may be cancelled without penalty. Lodging reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival day check-in of 4 pm MT are nonrefundable. Travel Insurance is paid in full at time of booking and is nonrefundable. There are no refunds for late arrival or early departure. *Should lodging booked be unavailable due to closure of the booked lodging property, the lodging reservation is refundable for unused nights. Travel insurance premium is non-refundable.

WINTER: Reservations booked 22 days or more in advance, a deposit of 20% of lodging total is due at time of booking. Full payment for reservation is due 21 days prior to arrival. Tax amounts are estimates and subject to change based on local taxing authorities. Credit cards given as deposit will be charged for final payment. For reservations booked 21 days or less, full payment is required at time of booking. Insurance premiums are payable in full at time of booking and is Non-refundable. SUMMER: Reservations booked 15 days or more in advance, a deposit of 20% of lodging total is due at time of booking. Full payment for reservation is due 14 days prior to arrival.
